By submitting your images and videos (“Work”) of the Nevada Humanities Literary Crawl, you agree to the following:

Grant of Rights. You grant Nevada Humanities the following rights in the Work: a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, intergalactic license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, transmit, transcribe, or disseminate the Work, in all formats, media, or platforms whether now known or hereafter invented, and to use the Work or any portions thereof for all purposes, including but not limited to editorial uses, compilations, retrospectives, merchandise, and promotional materials.

Assignability of Rights. It is agreed that these rights granted to Nevada Humanities are assignable by Nevada Humanities to third parties to the extent that Nevada Humanities may make the Work or portions thereof available through its own branded platforms, including social media, apps, or other media that may require a license to display or otherwise use the Work.
