Collaborative Storytelling and the Creation of Loreloop, a Nevada-Based TRPG

  • East Las Vegas Library - Imaginarium 2851 E Bonanza Road, Las Vegas (map)

Join Nevada Humanities and narrative designer Ashley Warren at the third annual LegendCon taking place at East Las Vegas Library on Saturday, April 25, 2026. During this session, participants will join Warren to learn more about TRPGs as a collaborative storytelling medium and the creation of Loreloop: The World We Live In, The World We Create. Loreloop was created by Nevada Humanities and is inspired by Nevada's past, present, and future. Participants will be guided through creating their own Loreloop characters and learn about the project's development.

A tabletop role-playing game is an interactive group story where your decisions determine the outcome. Participants will embark on a mission from Loreloop to solve a mystery in an abandoned atomic testing community. Exploring an underground laboratory uncovers one scientist’s dream of a better future.

No previous tabletop gaming experience needed. Loreloop is recommended for ages 13 and up.

This is a program of Nevada Humanities. LegendCon is a free, public event produced and hosted by the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District. For more information, call the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District at 702-507-3532.
